HEPA filter for "aer" filters by rackley

Compact housing for HEPA "aer" filters that uses 60mm fan. Seals tightly, works well, real-world tested.
The back is flat with 3x M5 holes to secure directly to an enclosure wall.
Instructions: Print 5 parts. Print them with the joining edges on the bed as this will give you the flattest/most true surface when you try to stick them together.
I printed in ABS and used acetone to join them together.
Don't use PETG as you won't be able to join them with sufficient strength.
Other materials...just make sure you can join them together somehow.
Use a fan with decent static pressure ratings so it can pull the air through, but not too high of a flow rate as to create big drafts in your enclosure. I found the Noctua 60mm fan worked very well: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009NQMESS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Background: I wasn't very convinced the Roomba "hepa" filters on Amazon were actually very HEPA. The "aer" filters are not cheap, but they are compact and 1) are sold by a 1st party vendor, 2) are represented to be HEPA and 3) actually look like they could be HEPA. Remember, if the filter isn't actually HEPA you are just exposing yourself to dangerous UFP's.
