12V LED Car Number Plate bulb holder attachment added.
Attaches to the 30mm or 40mm fan mounting. There are 2 x holes for you to push through your + and - wires, then push fit the torpedo / C5W / dome bulb in. You can find these cheap on Amazon or anywhere really. If you go for one with a heatsink, that would be prefered due to heat. If you can, print this in PETG. :)
**Update - added bracket for Noctua A4x20 fan, or fans with a 4.6mm hole.

Fixed a few things, here is the list:
Made the left side wing mount nut hole smaller so that it grips the nut properly when inserted.
Increased the height of the filament sensor by a couple of mm - this is because the filament extruder arm was hitting the sensor housing when you are running a "bedded in" extruder gear. The extra space allows the arm to fully extend to get maximum pressure on the filament and stop the random skipping or slip.
Reduced poly count. Now way cleaner and a smaller file.
Left wing mount - bad surface. The mounting surface for the left wing had some surface issues, so these are now flat and will keep the wing stable.
This direct mount extruder thing is a remix from a couple of different components. an extruder mount the superbly awesome heavy duty V6 mount.
The extruder mount has been shortened, sensor has been moved down and the unit aligned directly over the V6 bowden point. The bottom has then been chopped and grafted on to the V6 mount with some extra supports.
There are a couple of other direct mounts out there, but they don't allow for the full 400mm height as the stepper motor hits the top 2020 section.
This goes the full 400mm, and adds only minimal mass.
The mount attaches to the X axis carriage bracket as per the original, and fitment is more or less the same other than the extruder.
Make sure you measure the bowden tube so that it sits nicely in to the V6 seating all the way, and also up in to the extruder mount fully. If it is not seated correctly, or is too short, it may catch. If it is too long, then you will have a kink in the bowden causing issues too.
Nothing else is needed for this thing, but be aware that the 5010 blower wings will only go up from their lowest position by about 2.5mm. This is perfect for my setup, but check yours first, or adjust your V6 nozzle accordingly.
This works great, reduced my retraction down to 0.8mm for now, and there is no visible X or Y wobble I can see. It is solid.

UPDATE V1.2
Cable tie mount made stronger and larger to accommodate the extra cables from the extruder stepper and filament sensor. Enlarged the left hand side wing mount hole for the M3 nut to fit in way easier.
Note, V1.1 is still in this pack, so make sure you print the correct one.
UPDATE - New Wings and cover
I found that even in their lowest position, the wings would still be blowing at the extruder nozzle and cooling down the block when the fans cut in, so I have remodelled them to focus just below the nozzle. This has been done by bringing them in by about 6mm with a V shaped (slightly fanned) exit.
This has stopped my thermal runaway issues.
If anyone is interested in the push fit cover, then I have also attached that. It is a P.I.T.A. to print, but go really slow, no supports, 0.1 OR 0.15 slice and print it on its flat top - upside-down.
Please note - that the fan mountings / front of the fan mount is unaltered from the original source. I have added them so that you can print everything you need from one download.
