Heater Climate Control Assembly 3D Printable 1984-1989 Toyota Pickup

This model includes a 3D scan of the OEM climate control frame that the control levers and cables mount to, as well as a CAD model designed off the scan but modified to be FDM printed with very minimal supports.
It also includes a 3D printable hot/cold lever, fairly accurate approximations of the other two manual levers, and a model of the basic geometry of the fan speed switch.
The frame should be pretty close to ready to print but may require some tweaking and or post print processing to get things to fit properly.
I wanted to spend a lot more time dialing in this model but I just haven't had the time and I figure it will be more useful to others in it's current state than it is sitting on my hard drive unfinished.
Sorry the model is such a mess but it's better than nothing.
I had some trouble getting the OEM clips that hold the cable sheath in place to pop in. Some depths or dimensions may need to be tweaked for that. I did design a 3D printable replacement included in this model that I printed out of Ninjatech Armadillo and it seems to work well so far.
I was also hoping to do another design more similar to the original with intentions of resin printing them but I never got that far. Maybe someday.
