I designed this with tinkercad for this plate http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1404357. you need to print it with a light support material so the slotted area print correctly. cleaning doesn't need to be perfect for the larger slot just good enough to hold on tightly. I am currently using one. it has not slipped off yet :)
Also the Plate That i ordered from Reprapchampion Was perfectly square (without the one recessed side). i can only assume it was removed for a different model reprap. I referenced this one because it was the one i ordered and the square plate was the one i received. either way it works. the Drilled whole dimensions are the same.
