It has been a dream of mine from day one of discovering these headphones to design a unique looking headband that will have perfect fit for me.
The Koss KSC-75 are the best sounding headphones in the world within the 20$ range.
They have the same drivers as the more expensive Koss Porta-Pro BUT they come with these weird ear-clip pieces that will hang over your ears, diminishing the bass and causing other nuisances.
These ultra-sharp headphones are sold for more than 35 years, so buying them instead of the Koss Porta Pro and customizing them with the headband is a well known trick.
To further enhance them for more crisp treble check out other KSC-75 mods such as the Kramer Mod.
-Use dense support material (see last pic) - print with existing orientation
-25% infill minimum (50g print) 0.15mm layers
-Cut the supplied headphone mount ends and glue them to the printed headband or:
-Drill two 2.5mm holes in each ear-clip end piece with the printed part as a template
-4 m3x10 countersunk screws will self thread the plastic of the ear-clip end pieces
-If you need to quickly change it to fit your individual head then apply heat with a hot air gun and bend it to your head's shape
