This complex houses 50 students per floor (first-year and upperclass), three floors per building (one RA per floor), with double occupancy rooms. Each room in the Hamlin-Powers complex is a carpeted 16' x 11'18' living space with basic furnishings including: lofted bed, desk, chest and closet. The bathrooms are located at various places on each floor. In addition, in the center 'core' there is a game room and lounge, a multipurpose classroom, and the Student Health Center is located here.
