I managed to design the micro drone propeller using the HAM-STD HS1-606 airfoil. All tests were done with the Drone Propeller Thrust Tester (all results below).
The part was printed with slow speed, by using a 0.2 extruder nozzle at 0.04 height per layer. I cleaned the print with a Precision Knife
After this, I went on and sanded it using a 500 grit sandpaper.
These are the readings for a few voltage values (you can also view these in the images taken during the test):
1.5V => 12.67 grams
2V => 19.23 grams
2.5V => 30.93 grams
3V => 41.73 grams
The files you can download contain all the pictures taken during the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the printable STL files and finally the SLDPRT files. Should you want to use this propeller, you should get a bunch of 8520 coreless motors.
Use the SLDPRT files, should you want to make your own changes to the drone propeller.
P.S. Airfoil plotted with the matplotlib library in python.
