UPDATE: I tried putting some smaller dice through it and it worked better, so if you have average or above average sized dice consider scaling it up a bit
Note: I do not recommend using or printing this model, but it's a bit better than the previous iteration and I put a couple hours into trying to make it easier to print, so here's what I've got.
FixedFixedFixed is the file I printed. I would consider it easiest to support, however I would still recommend running the manual supports (I used a Cura custom supports plugin).
Tower plane cut is just that, the tower that has been plane cut to remove a lot of unnecessary features. I struggled with meshmixer and other programs for a while trying to close the bottom of this (removing the lower floor of the Valhalla tower because I didn't want it) and in the end just freehanded a box in Fusion 360 to close up the bottom. Any faceting or similar in the "fixed" model is caused by the process of combining in Meshmixer. If someone else were to re-approach this, I would suggest using the Fusion 360 free-draw technique as the simplest, but least elegant solution.
This print also marked my first time using PETG, so I learned a few things along the way.
If you're looking for a good dice tower, this part is also not a terrible functional one, due to the way the ramp at the end of the part was designed. Were I to redesign it from scratch, I would add more slope to the ramp so that the momentum of the dice as they left was forwards instead of downwards.
