uses less than 50% of design area alloted by the grandoff juries

the gear ratio is 500:1
with a input torque of o.o42 mnm to a output of 20.225 nm at 1 rpm

shaft connection: oldhams coupling

shaft material:- steel gears, or acetal polymer , the simulation is done on both

the simulation is done on pinion gear at a torque of o.o5 nm , and it give a satisfactory result with factor of safety more than 1

i'm not familiar with the hysteresis measurement of a shaft cause it is a electric property, i've tried , but i know how to apply on a electric transformer , not on a shaft as transformer deals with eddy currents , but a shaft don't

the avi files uploaded should be open in vlc media player only , the compression is done on vlc format , no media player will be able to open that file expect vlc ...

the files contains: cad, simulation, and simulation report develop by ansys

i hope u enjoy my project . i've worked for 12 days and the most important stuff is i'm familiar with solidworks fea , but in these 12 days i've learned ansys fea tooo.....

the design is DFM and gear are choosen from the standards ...
