This is a nice modern tiny house. I tried out a different floor plan and I think I like it. It's kind of weird and probably not the best use of my space, but here is the design anyway. It's interesting to have the bathroom up front and then a more together living area. The kitchen can even take up all of the space, because its open enough. Both the desk and kitchen table fold away for more space. Anyway, I also made the stairs so that they're on hinges and fold up onto the porch when not in use. I also have a rope ladder but I could probably do away with that and use a normal ladder and then store it up in the loft.
