1.)Printing to se if the jointing parts fits or need some more improvements.
Most concern is the joint between Tailrudder and tailbody.
2.) Simulated Dragforce to approximate theoretical speed for different power trains.
NoseV2 has the propmount rised. If you want to ad some landingars the prop has more space to the ground.

Little background story:
After buying my first Balsa Airplanekit and chrashed it after 8 seconds i wanted to repair it and at the same time make some improvement in the structure do to my inexperience to work with balsa wood. Unfortunate the balsa wing was lost and i came upp with the idea to make the wing with my 3D printer.
The first problem i come upp with was that it would be a heavy wing. Specialy if you go over a wingspan of 1500mm.
After recreating the wing in CAD the first design was bad and heavy. It was just a Shell with support structures inside. The wight was about 850g and a wingspan of 1900mm.
My task was clear. make it lighter.
I thought of building the airplanewing with the same tekniks you use to build it in balsa, just leading edges, ribs and a shrink film for cover.
Problem with PLA plastic is that the heat you need for the shrink film to shrink is close to the same temperature the plastiks modellering point( its not melting but you can deform it easy).
To solve the shrinking film problem i use normal packaging tape with (50mm width).
Makes a smooth skin and it don't need heat to stuck, and its cheaper.
During the Design process i even made some special mounts for the servos (Micro Servo 9G SG90) and added space for 2 Fiberglas tubes (7mm Diameter)
The approximativt wight of the wingstrukture is now 450g.
To get the right sides of the wing just use the mirrorfunktion in the Gcode generator.
