Perch for your glasses to sit on top of your monitor.
Prescription eyeglasses are now available online for ~$10. It makes sense to keep a pair at every computer. This is a place for you to keep your computer glasses when not using them, or your ordinary glasses when you are.
Every monitor is different in thickness, the angles the top and back make compared to the screen, and so on. Use the customizer to adjust to fit your monitor. You can choose to make a test profile that's just wide enough to check whether it fits your monitor, or you can get the STL for the full width version and stop it after a few layers.
This is not a great design. I could have made the pieces much thinner and rigidized it with gussets. Making it adjustable after printing, instead of customizable before, would be a lot more convenient. The Nose could use a lot more whimsy. Feel free to improve it.
