First Non-Californian House I've built. This house is from Eplans.com and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with about 1900 square feet. This house has a two-car garage, dual-pane windows with exterior shutters for the front, crown moulding top and bottom, a kid's nook with a bench, chandeliers in the family and living rooms, a skylight in the kitchen, master suite + guest suite downstairs (2 bed, 2 bath) and two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Kitchen has hanging pendants flashing over blue marble countertops and white counters holding black Whirlpool appliances and Baths all have Kohler appliances and porcelain tiles.
