Remixes ak666666's Georgi Steno Keyboard Case to add 15° of tenting.
Tenting lifts and tilts the keyboard sections up on their inner sides, creating a more natural position for the wrists.
To create a high-quality result, I used the following settings in PrusaSlicer:
Layer height 0.15mm
Infill: 10%
Use support everywhere
Detect bringing parameters
Contact Z distance: 0.15mm
Pattern spacing: 4mm
The infill setting didn't matter because the case is mostly walls. The interior isn't a solid structure that infills. To ensure that the upper surface was supported during printing,
I used "support everywhere," causing support to be added internally. Because that support becomes fully enclosed, it isn't removable. But it adds to the rigidity of the finished case.
To reduce the amount of material added internally, I spaced out the support pattern to 4mm.
Support Everywhere also automatically added support under the upper lip. To make it easy to remove, I adjusted the Contact Z distance to 0.15mm.
The file includes only one side of the symmetric cause. To print the other side, just use the slicer's "Mirror" command.
The Fusion360 file is included.
