For tubular flashlights with 20mm diameter tube(for example Olight S20 baton).
For this mount you need:
-1 x TPU mount part
-2 x PLA support parts
-2 x 20mm M3 bolts
-2 x M3 nylock nuts
Mounting point to handlebar with 25mm / 1" tube with 20mm long M3 bolts and nylock nuts. Nylock nuts recommended as they don't roll open in continued vibration.
Mount is designed to be printed in TPU / other flex material, could work in simple PLA, but i doubt that. Print the fastener/support bits in PLA/ABS/PETG or something similar that can withstand some forces. All major stress goes to TPU part.
Print with supports and 85 - 100% infill for rigidness. Print mount lying down, so that the flashlight mount faces up(if flashlight was inserted it would point up).
This is tested and found out to hold the flashlight really well.
Updates:
26.10.2017 co-worker noticed that the support structure between mount points was a see-through kind of thing. Noticed a missing join operation in fusion 360 and fixed it in v3.2. V3.1 fastener works with 3.2 same way as before.
