The mount (soporte.stl) for the optical endstop fits pretty fine. You just need two M4x12mm (or M4x10mm) screws and t-slot nuts since the Geetech A10 uses M5 for fixing the original endstop (beside the two M3x8 screws and nuts that are needed to mount the electronics).
Or you can print this part with about 4 walls and then just use a 5mm drill to make the original screws fitting.
Unfortunately the hole for fixing the activator is to low and the activator does not pass the photo sensor in the middle.
So I reworked the activator to fit for my A10.
