This is a reasonably large fidget spinner. It's not easy to spin with one hand but with good weights it spins well using two. I've made a smaller MkII version as well (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2573142).
I've used skate board bearing sized holes (608) both for the actual bearing and for the weights. As I don't like wasting bearings as weights I've used different "adapters" for each of these two prints - the bearing2hexnut adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2044157) and my own bearing2marble adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2573118) for the marble version.
The steampunky design fits well with either hex nuts or marbles (though I prefer the marbles aesthetically myself). For the marble version I've gold sprayed the spinner and used a miniature wash to get the patina look, then sprayed it with a varnish to let it keep the colour even after weeks of spinning.
