This is my first contribution ...
I have a Jeep Grand Chekokee Limited in 1997.
Since I bought the car, some electrical functions of movement of the seats were not working, although you could hear the engines working.
After disassembling found that some gears of the axes of motion were broken.
With the help of a good friend (thanks, Odacir!), We design the new gear.
Perhaps the United States is easy to get a repair kit for this, but here in Brazil unfortunately we do not have much to these cars, though there are many running around here.
So just remove the broken gears and the subsitui printed. To paste the endless axes, I used superglue.
It was printed on PLA with 0.2mm layer and 90% fill.

Eu tenho um Jeep Grand Chekokee Limited 1997.
Desde que comprei o carro, algumas funções elétricas de movimento dos assentos não estavam funcionando, embora se ouvia os motores trabalhando.
Após desmontar constatei que algumas engrenagens dos eixos de movimento estavam quebradas.
Com ajuda de um grande amigo (obrigado, Odacir!), desenhamos a engrenagem nova.
Talvez nos Estados Unidos seja fácil conseguir um kit de reparo para isso, mas aqui no Brasil infelizmente não dispomos de muita coisa para esses carros, embora existam muitos rodando por aqui.
Então é só retirar as engrenagens quebradas e subsitui pelas impressas. Para colar no eixos sem fim, usei supercola.
Foi impresso em PLA com camada de 0.2mm e 90% de preenchimento.
