"Gandalf V2" - Direct Drive Extruder Mount (V6 / Bondtech) by woolfman

This is the 2nd version of my direct drive extruder mount for the CR-10 (here is the original version: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3755269). It combines a Bondtech dual drive geared extruder with an E3D V6 hotend into a direct drive extruder unit.
Compared to the 1st version, it has several improvements:
40mm fan for the heat sink cooling, which is much quieter and provides better cooling
height-adjustable part cooling fan + height adjustable BLTouch mount
nozzle position is much closer to the original CR-10 hotend => you get the full build area
So far, I get exceptionally good results. And I've got reference, my other printer is an Artillery X1 equipped with a genuine Hemera.
Use the following probe offsets in Marlin:
#define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET { -47, -22, -2.0 }
Make sure to calibrate the Z value yourself!!
