This is the second axe from Galaxy Warriors line from Sewco. A line with multiple instances like Galaxy Fighters, Galaxy Heroes and many other knockoff and bootlegs of the main 5.5' action figure line that is Masters of the Universe. Some of these manufacturers were Sewco and Sungold, I found this piece back in the day in a knock off figure called Combo.
