I upgraded the nozzles on my Geetech Delta G2S Pro. The new ones are somewhat bigger overall, compared to the original nozzles. As a result, I gained about 7mm additional clearance between the spider and bed, enough to allow hanging a larger fan. So I replaced the original 30mm fan with a 40mm (re-purposed from the extruder step motor).
This bracket mounts the new fan using the holes for the original 30mm bracket. Airflow is split, sending the upper portion across to cool the extruders, while the rest is directed downward to cool the print. One fan, double duty.
So I now have implemented print cooling without adding significant mass or bulk to the spider.
