Servo operated grade crossing in 1:24 scale for G gauge garden railway. Fits 3 2mm LEDs in the arm and 10mm LEDs in the targets. Uses 7/32 and 5/32 K&S tubing. I used an arduino, infrafred receiver chips and infrared LEDs to detect the train and operate the crossing gates. I didn't make a bell sound (yet).
The red stripes are painted, not printed.
Cut your 5/32 tubes about 6mm long. They hold the "igloo" to the manifold. Press the igloo and manifold together till the plastic touches to get the right spacing for the target lights. The 5/32 tubing leaves plenty of space for two #26 stranded wires. There is space under the servo for the connections.
My servo is 22x11x20 millimeters. You might have to change the "servo B" files to fit yours.
