Funjet Ultra 2 FPV nose Predator / Falkor MINI

Low drag FPV nose for Multiplex Funjet Ultra 2 designed to fit Foxeer mini cameras with 1.8mm lenses such as falkor, predator 1 to 4, monster and razer.
Cutting the nose off a funjet straight is not an easy task but I came up with a method for it and it worked out great, after the failed atempt with the black marker.
First measure the nose with calipers set to 46mm and try to hold it as straight as possible between the ribs without compressing the foam, then insert a needle into the rib on one side.
Now take a piece of string and insert a needle through it and insert the needle centered at the point of the nose so the string can swiwel around the needle.
Take the string and hold it against the needle in the rib and insert another needle throug it so its protruding less then 1 mm through the string and swiwel the string around the nose poking holes around the nose. Insert needles in the holes you poked.
I used a new razor and made a shallow slit through the laminate around the whole nose by supporting it against the needles, then I used a hacksaw blade and chopped the nose off, the laminate guides the blade. If you havent laminated the model it should work great to use some tape around where you want to cut the nose temporary just to get support and guide for the hacksaw blade.
Rotate the models 90 degrees and click on lay flat, just like in the cura pictures.
Print nose with supports everyware, 4 walls and 20% infill or more, same with the lid but it also needs a brim. Dont worry about the supports failing on the lid, it seems to sort it self after a while. Also you could set custom z-seam to move the seam where its less visible.
Before you install the lid with the camera in the nose, make sure to insert and remove the lid a few times to losen it up so it does not bind with the camera stuck inside!!!https://youtu.be/DqtrY_tukFw
