Today we bring you another cable management solution; a customizable cable clip that attaches to poles and pipes.
This design can be customized to suit a variety of pole and cable sizes.
Not only that, this huge project comes with over 5,300 STL files ready for you to use!
This design is completely free and shared under a permissive license. Your support is hugely appreciated.
OpenSCAD Customizer Options
This design has the following Customizer options:
Material
Material_Thickness - Thickness of the material
Material_Height - Height of the material
Clip
Clip_Gap_Width - Width of the clip gap (maximum cable diameter)
Clip_Length_Angle - Length of the clip as an angle
Clip_Direction - Direction of the clip opening
Clip_Lip_Gap_Percent - Gap of lip as a percentage
Pole
Pole_Diameter - The diameter of the pole
Pole_Gap_Angle - The angle of the gap
Design Considerations
For the best grip, we recommend choosing a Pole_Diameter value that is slightly smaller than the actual diameter of the pole. For example, if your pole diameter measures 22mm, try a Pole_Diameter value of '21'.
Material
We recommend printing this in a durable filament, such as ABS.
Versions
1.0 (2 Mar 2021) - Initial version

Resolution: 0.1mm - 0.2mm

Supports: Should not be required.
Rafts: Not required, unless you have adhesion issues.
