Full_Face_Snorkel_Mask_CPAP_Adapter_2Piece_V1 - This piece will allow for adaptation of a standard 19mm (3/4") OD or 22mm ID single use CPAP Bacterial filter onto the snorkel port of a full face snorkel mask (Specifically Samofik but may fit others). Print the pieces standing upright with no supports. Assemble the round CPAP adapter into the hole on the mask interface part, the round part and the mask have matching flat parts that need to be keyed together. Dry fit first for orientation then bond the two pieces together (super glue should work) sliding the round CPAP adapter into the mask interface from the flat side (opposite the clip) until the flat keys meet the outer surface.
Full_Face_Snorkel_Mask_H600_Adapter_2Piece_V1 - This adapter will allow for the use of alternate filter materials that have less breathability than standard N95 surgical masks and therefore require more surface area for proper breathability. The Halyard H600 Two Ply Spun Polypropylene material normally used to surround sterile surgical instruments is the intended material (however others may exist). Two layers of H600 are required to get equivalent N95+ filtration. It will take approximately 170mm X 170mm X two layers of H600 to cover the cube. The material should be placed over the cube and folded around the cube, the retainer should then be placed over the material and pushed down to the base of the cube being certain that the material does not tear and that the retainer fits snugly at the base.
Full_Face_Snorkel_Mask_H600_Adapter_Retainer_V1 - This is the retainer to be used with the Full_Face_Snorkel_Mask_H600_Adapter_2Piece_V1 as described above. The retainer may need to be resized up or down a few percent to properly fit your material.
The Fits for the circular adapters for the CPAP filters into the mating parts are quite tight on purpose and may require some finishing of the parts to get them to fit together.
Prototypes were printed with PLA @ 20% infil.
