I used SN04 Z Adjuster HICTOP 3DP11:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1534152
And Created a fixture that would allow you to have fine adjustment of your Z endstop switch.
I plan to create one with a photo interrupter switch to remove slop that introduced by the microswitch. I have a version where I made one for an induction sensor: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2152001 , but the temperature causes inconsistencies introduced by heat and required a more involved setup before print.

I had to cut it down so that I could compres the spring all of the way for installation, then loosen it to adjust it properly. about 1/3 of the spring cut off.
You will need an m3 screw with appropriate length I used m3 x45mm, I placed a m3 fender washer where the screw head turns to reduce wear on plastic, and you need an m3 nut for the slide.
You will also need 2x M5 x10mm screws with two T-Nuts to attach to 2020 rail.
I like ABS plastic for this with .2mm layer height.
