This is a minor remix of edo_mae's excellent design. Modified to used parts more common in North America (imperial). Unlike the original design, the side pieces are not identical so you need both sideA and sideB for each clamp.
Hardware (for two clamps):
2x 1/4"-3" eye bolt
4x 1/4"-1.5" hex bolt
2x 1/4" washer
6x 1/4" nylon lock nut
16x 6x3mm round neodymium magnets
180 grit sand paper
Printing:
If you can, go with carbon-fibre nylon. Otherwise go as high as possible on your infill...these parts need to be strong.
Assembly:
I recommend bonding the middle pieces with epoxy, thus hardware does not include screws. The imperial eye bolt has a large inner diameter, so bolt on the lever pretty tight to prevent looseness. Use the guide to cut your sandpaper.
Usage:
These need to be clamped TIGHT. If your clamp isn't holding tension, tighten the eyebolt more.
