The Story
I recently adopted a quick release system from FlyCam and I absolutely love it, but it's kind of expensive and I don't want to spend money on something I can easily design and print. Also the plates come only with the sled included.

Printing guide
For one full plate you need to print:1x sane2.stl
2x guma.stl
I recommend printing guma.stl from Flex or SemiFlex with the printing settings below.
For the other part you can use any fillament like PLA or PET
No FLEX?
If you don't have any flexible material you can only print the noflex.stl and go with that.
