Allows you to create candles from cooking oil. This can be printed in PLA without issue.
Fill a glass with water, then top up with about 1cm of oil. Olive oil gives the cleanest burn, however any type of edible oil can be used such as vegetable/sunflower/rapeseed etc. The more oil you put in the longer the burn you will get.
Cut off a small peice of kitchen paper/toilet paper/paper towel, and roll it up to form a wick. You can also cut the end off of a cotton ear bud (q-tip) and use that as a wick. Push your wick into the centre hole so that it stands up freely.
Place the disc onto the oil, and allow the oil to soak the wick thoroughly. Once soaked, hold a flame to it for 10 seconds or so until the wick lights.

You can also add essential/fragrance oils for a nice smell, although burning the oil alone produces no odour.
Troubleshooting:
If your flame is producing too much smoke it may be that your wick is too long. The longer the wick, the bigger the flame, however the more likely it is to smoke, so reduce the size of your wick.
If you still have smoke try to use a different oil, olive oil is best.
Some essential/fragrance oils can produce smoke when burned.
Draughts can also cause smoke, so place the candle in a calm area with little air turbulence.
I print mine out of PLA, which stands up fine and doesnt melt since the oil prevents too much heat getting to the plastic. However you may want to print yours out of something more thermally resistant like ABS.
