The FlashForge Dreamer Anti-Buckling Drive Block for Flexible Filament is a printer head drive block base that is a direct replacement for the drive block base that ships with the FlashForge Dreamer. With this drive block you can print flexible TPE filament such as NinjaFlex TPE and ASAPTech TPE without the filament buckling.
I made this part because I found that it was next to impossible to print flexible TPE filament on the FlashForge Dreamer without it buckling under the filament drive gear. This new drive block base addresses this issue by removing the space the filament could previously buckle inside of.
With this base I have been able to print both NinjaFlex TPE and ASAPTech TPE. I use a print speed of 15-30 mm/sec. 15 is recommended. The drive block base also works with standard filament.
