Fixed Improved Customizable Calipers by Patronics

This is the same as the "Improved Customizable Calipers", except I fixed the behavior of the minor scale's marks to match the behavior of rulers and other calipers, where the even numbered minor ticks are longer than the odd ones, rather than the other way around.
