This is a fire hydrant-shaped dog poop bag holder/dispenser large enough to hold 12, 31mm x 60mm rolls of dog poop bags. The "chambers" are oversized diametrically by 1.5mm and the vertically by 5mm so the fit is snug, but loose enough that they can easily rotate out of the slots.
The base needs supports for the spigot, the top you can print without. Touching base/plate only. I also printed the base with a brim for a little extra support because it ends up so tall, but I don't think you need that.
The top and bottom pieces are designed to thread together with 3/4" acme threads. Unfortunately, the threads broke off on the first attempt to put it together. I ended up just putting a fairly strong magnet in each half where the threads used to be and it works great. This is a fairly large print so I used only a 5% infill setting. I believe if you have the patience and print this at a higher infill setting it may be strong enough as-is.
I had an idea where I could print female threads in the top and bottom, then a solid 100% infill double-male piece to attach the two. If I ever decide to re-print this I'll give that a go.
Shout-out to breezecakeyum and their poop emojii. It made this so much easier. The plan had been to model that in to the "spigot", but printing his design and gluing it on saved me so much time in fusion 360.
