Filament Spool Storage Shelf Bracket for Peg Board by Fr8Dog

This is a bracket for use with 6 inch peg board hangers and 1/2 inch electrical conduit. I have included two versions of the bracket. I wanted to design the bracket to be printed without support but the version I printed, the one with the mid-span arch had problems printing. The ends of the arch portion curled upward as the print progressed and caused the y axis to jump out of alignment. The bracket without the arch will print without support and the arched version should be fine if printed with support. There are two sets of holes toward the bottom of the sides. They are sized for a 3mm screw and lock the peg board hanger into the bracket. The conduit retaining rings also have holed for 3mm screws to lock the conduit in place. I did not have to use them with my installation. I used three supports for a a shelf width of 48 inches (120mm). the 48 inch with shelf will hold approximately 16 spools of filament. It will also hold boxed filament. This is the third filament storage system I have put together. I needed to consolidate the filament to one shelf to free up space on my peg board and work bench.
