I needed this filament guide, because I mounted the extruders on my Geeetech A30T vertically. Since I already used the Universal Filament Spool Holder by butchja on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2070272 in combination with the Universal adapter (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3355837) by Pterois.
For my current setup this is the perfect solution.
Instructions:
Printed in PLA at 0.2mm with 15% infill. No support needed.
