My first try, i needed a pair of Led lights on the top front of my motorhome as the bulb type had both got rusted earth connections, If i had replaced with like for like it would not have been long before it would happen again. if i had used the led as was it meant drilling a 21mm hole into the motorhome and with a chance of cracking the fibreglass or worse, by making this mount it just screws onto where the old one was and can be removed at any time without causing damage plus it upgrades light output and safety and reliability. Use stainless steel self tapping screws.
