6 months after purchasing my Feiyu Tech Mini 3D Gimbal I broke the plastic motor mount / shell piece on the arm. This was frustrating as it rendered it useless. On contacting Feiyu Tech they could only offer a repair service if I sent the Gimbal to China and would not offer to sell me a replacement part.
So I decided to model and print one myself. For all you out there in the same position here's a free model that I created which you can use to print a replacement part (I would have been happy to purchase a replacement part, their loss!).
Print with Solid Infill on a slowish speed for best results. You will need 2x M2 hex head nuts which seat into the cutouts inside the part for the arm screws to secure in to. The screw holes for the circuit board and the other half of the cover are designed to be self tapping, just gently screw the M2 screws in and check they fit (dont over tighten or it will strip the hole).
NOTE: You may need to run a 4mm drill bit to ream the 3x countersink screw holes which hold the motor as I forgot to add some tolerance into the print for clearance of the screw heads. I will update for V2 when I get a chance.
