This is a bowden mount for the1st gen Ultimaker's feeder end which can be used by a standard 1/8 BSPP pneumatic fitting. I made one with a 4 to 6 mm and another one with a 4 to 9 mm conical feeder driver hole on the bottom.
Update #20140127: I added a full length model too: feeder 1_8 BSPP threaded w full cone full length.stl
