This is a large family tiny home. There is a small kitchen (which could be made larger if you sacrificed sitting space on the downstairs). I also have a sitting area with a folding dining table. There is a large bathroom that is a wet bath with a washer/dryer combo in it. If you didn't want that there, you could change that to storage. I tried to maximize on accessable storage in the master bedroom, so there is a cutout above the toilet that is used for storage in the bedroom. I plan on putting the utility stuff under the master bed, except for the area in the doorway, which is where I would put drawers that slide out. The stairs go up to two lofts. One can be both a bed and the living room area. The other loft (the larger of the two) would be for two children to sleep in. There is lots of shelving upstairs, but if extra hanging storage is needed, the shelving in the middle of the larger loft could be changed to hanging space.
