12 visors fit on a 24"x12" sheet of acrylic.
Materials:
Visor: 1/8" Acrylic
Shield: transparency sheets - from Office Depot
Band: 15" long 3/4" elastic with holes at 1", 13", and 14" for adjustable fit - from Joann
Padding: Weather stripping from Home Depot
Assembly instructions in face_shield_assembly.pdf
Change log:
v1.53 Requires the transparency be glued to the visor
v2.3 Transparency needs 4 holes punched in it that fit over 4 matching nubs on the visor. No glue required.
