F1 track competition

The UK has been so successful in F1 that it has been granted a 2nd Grand Prix at the expense of Valencia which is going to be held on a manmade island off the coast of Merseyside. The challenge is to design a race circuit with a distance of between 3.2km (2 miles) and 7km (4 miles) with 2 pit complexes, F1 standard hotels, grandstands, marshall posts and I will also allow short circuits into the circuit like at Silverstone. It must also have one part of the track where you see the water feature, plenty of gradient and a focal overtaking spot. This will take longer to design than a stadium so it will need to be planned by the 20th March 2012. Other bonus features such as banked curves will be apreciated.
