Inspired by Dremel Bit Storage by MrRobot6502 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4166355) but remodelled from the ground up, this is a Dremel tool storage system that grows with your needs and the number of dremel bits you have, requires minimal support material and so minimises print time and plastic waste.
As an added bonus I've included a support for the Dremel 575 right angle attachment.
The basic storage system comprises of:
-Bit Holder L1.stl - Slots for cutting discs, paste containers and rods for sanding drums
-Bit Holder L2.stl - Holes for Dremel tools, drills, cutting wheel mandrels
-Bit Holder L7.stl - Collets, spanner, more tools bits and random parts storage trays
-Bit Holder Support-40.stl - Short rear support
To expand beyond this simply print another copy of Bit Holder L2.stl and the appropriate version of Bit Holder Support.
e.g.
1x Bit Holder L2.stl --> Bit Holder Support-40.stl
2x Bit Holder L2.stl --> Bit Holder Support-30.stl
3x Bit Holder L2.stl --> Bit Holder Support-20.stl
4x Bit Holder L2.stl --> Bit Holder Support-10.stl
5x Bit Holder L2.stl --> Bit Holder Full Support.stl
To support the Dremel 575 right angle attachment you need to print Bit Holde Angle Drive Holder.stl
The pieces are secured using 2x M3x16mm machine screws and two plain M3 nuts. If your printer settings result in the nut slots being too small, the plain M3 screws into the plastic will secure the parts.
To secure the hanger bracket for the Dremel 575 you will need 4x M3x10 machine screws.
