This stadium is for Querétaro FC, a team playing in the top division in Mexico, from the city of Santiago de Querétaro. It holds 27425 overall, including 17959 seats in the lower tier. The club level holds 3702, including 266 box seats outside 26 private boxes, 228 seats in the Presidents box, and 346 seats in front of the large suite/ restaurant in one corner. This can be hired out for parties or large groups of VIP's, or it can be used as a restaurant. Most of the club's facilities are at one end, and this is also where the players enter the pitch. At this end there are 4 more private suites which can also be converted for other uses, a large press box, a TV studio, a restaurant with views of the pitch and conference rooms to give the club an opportunity to generate off-field income.
