These are printable ergonomic grips for the Lenovo Active Pen (version 1).
I found that the pen is so thin that when I am squeezing it, it causes indented marks on my middle finger, or injuries to my hand and wrist, especially when using one of the buttons.
The first grip, The Active Cast, is just a fatter barrel section, increasing it's thickness and reducing the strain from squeezing. The buttons are also easier to press, requiring less force and thumb travel. If you prefer using your index finger to press the buttons, you can also do that, but I think the grip might slip from your hand.
The second grip, The Actigrip Mark 6, also includes a middle finger ring, which reduces the general need to hold up the pen, further reducing strain on the hand. Typically, your index finger and middle finger work on opposite sides of the pen, but this one allows the pen to completely hang from the middle finger in a relaxed position, with the index finger working purely as a guide. I believe that the middle finger loop's position forces you to further turn your wrist inwards to reduce strain on the wrist nerves. I print this upside down with supports.
I may put together an Active Cast 2, and Actigrip Mark 7 versions if the buttons are hard to press after long term use. I apologize for people whose fingers this might not fit.
I have not tested it for the Active Pen 2, so no promises there.
