This thing has the purpose to secure the belt on the carriage of our beloved Ender-4.
This thing was intentionally designed to prevent the belts from falling of when using the CoreXY conversion kit from Greg191134, where two belts are placed on top of each other. Of course you can use this thing, when you use the standard H-Bot design.
Mounting insturctions:
0) Dismount the belts
1) Dismount the hotend
2) Dismount the v-slot wheels
3) Mount this thing from the backside of the carriage plate by putting the v-slot bolts through the things holes. This thing will replace the distance bushings. Then plug on the v-slot bearings and tighten with the corresponding nuts.
4) Place on extrusion and adjust play
5) Mount the hotend
6) Mount the belts by inserting from the top through the port in the thing
7) Fix the belts by clamping them. You need 2xM3 nuts+ 2xM3x10 bolt.
8) Adjust belt tension
9) Adjust bed distance
10) Done!
There are two versions. The normal version and one version with drag chain support.
