Like most I also had the problem of the mainboard fan dying very quickly, making horrible sounds and not functioning properly. I surely had to exchange it...
Most people upgrade their Mainboard fan to the notorious noctua silent fans. However, these run on 12V, while the Ender 3v2 runs on 24V. I didn't feel like using a buck-converter, so all I had to do was design my own cover.
Also this design can be used with the original feet.

Anyways, I've included the fusion 360 file as well, so you can adjust and modify however you like.
