The Ender 3 does not have a reinforcement for the Z axis. Some people have problems due to this fact, and here by I modeled a part for the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro.
Design comes from the parts you can buy from Aliexpress, but PLA with 20% infill works fine.
Extra parts you need:
2x T-slot nuts for the 2020 extrusion of the frame.
2x M5 by 12mm bolt
1x 608ZZ ball bearing
