Gyrobot's X-carriage was close to what I wanted - but not quite perfect for my needs...so...
Changes include:
Switched to a 3 linear bearing setup instead of four.
Zip tie slots slightly wider to fit my zip ties better.
Added 2 loops on the front to tie off wires from the hot end (which I ended up not being able to use.)
Added a loop on the back to tie off wires from my cooling fan and differential IR sensor.
Added a mount for the differential IR sensor.
I did all of this in OnShape, you can view/copy the files here:https://cad.onshape.com/documents/2e71f541012f0e76d3b84f6e/w/340e35434753e59a5d278079/e/a817b36487b914e0b47cfc91
The onshape project includes mockups of a v6 hot end, the differential sensor, and the titan.
There are still a few minor issues with this. The mesh didn't come out perfect on one of the fillets for some reason. My v6 is a few mm longer than the model I used so the IR sensor doesn't reach quite low enough - I need to adjust this to have a bit more adjustment in the sensor Z position. I also had to add some bits of cut up gift card and double sided tape to make a pad on the left side to hit my endstop without losing more X (due to the offset of the extruder I've lost almost 25mm of X with this - I'm still debating how to change things to get that back.) I may remove the two front wire loops since I wound up unable to use them - my plan was to have the wires come off the hot end on the front but when I tried that the lower block of the hot end hit the IR sensor.
I did have to print with support. Without support I was able to print it but almost always wound up having a layer shift at some point and supports made it more reliable.
Note it's upside down in the STL...I should fix that as well.
