UPDATE 3/10/2018
I have modeled a new fan duct to fit the Volcano heater block upgrade. The difference in height from the stock V6 on the Titan Aero is about 9mm. I do not have the Volcano hotend, and only went off the E3D drawings and verified with a GrabCAD step file (credit:
Thijs Tigelaar). So feedback on this design is welcomed and appreciated!
UPDATE: I have made a few slight changes to the Extruder, Plate, Rear part (now V2), in that I made the section where the stepper motor mounts with the Titan Aero assembly 1 mm thicker and lowered by 0.5 mm. I found this helped align the gears better since the motor is actually sitting flush with the plate now. I also found that using PLA wasn't adequate for the heat the stepper motor produced since it deformed the bracket enough to cause more misalignment with the gears which saw some backlash. If you weren't having issues with the previous design, then continue using it, otherwise, I have attached Version 2 as well. Enjoy!
This is technically my 2nd attempt in designing a mount specifically for the CR-10/CR-10S printer which allows mounting of an E3D Titan Aero Extruder assembly, TH3D EZABL Sensor, and a 50mm Blower fan.
THIS MOUNT WILL ONLY WORK WITH A 25 MM LENGTH NEMA 17 STEPPER MOTOR. Anything larger will require re-design of this mount as it will clash with the EZABL sensor.

This mount includes 3 separate components and require some specific constraints when printing as explained below:
Extruder, Plate, Rear
-> Needs to be placed vertically with EZABL hole on build plate
-> No raft needed
-> Supports are optional, but not needed even for the motor mount hole. Some post finishing may be needed depending on specific print settings
Mount, Fan, Duct
-> Highly suggested to place vertically on build plate
-> No raft needed
-> Supports needed for overhang extruded holes
Fan, Blower, Duct
-> Should be placed flush on build plate
-> No raft needed
-> Don't use supports inside the duct area because they are impossible to remove all of the way. Only need support in the slot at the front of the duct where the blower fan will go
My S3D settings are as follows:
Material -> Tianse Blue PLA 1.75 mm
Nozzle Dia. -> 0.40 mm
Extrusion Multiplier -> 0.95
Extrusion Width -> 0.35 mm
Primary Layer Height -> 0.2500 mm
Top/Bottom Solid Layers -> 3
Outline Shells -> 2
Infill -> 10%
Temp (Extruder/Bed) -> 210C/50C
Fan Speed -> 100% after 1st layer
Printing Speed -> 60 mm/s
