A variation of Ruldis' design originally for late '90 early '00 Audis. I have trimmed and rounded the edges such that they can fit without cutting onto the headlight bucket of a US spec E31 BMW (3 per side). These parts shatter and go lame and were originally ball in socket.
Switching to more of a channel socket, I am able to "slide" and guide the light onto the fitments for rear adjustments. First attempts in PLA (melted ASAP), now to PETG.
Definitely work in progress and my proverbial "first post" I have bumped the infill to 100% and its installed on passengers and seems okay after a few days and nights of driving, the 15% infill drivers side already shook loose. I'll be replacing those and continuing evaluation.
