Its a quarter inch thick, if you want to print it thinner, just recess the print into the bed in your slicer.
Enable Ironing will help you a bunch here. Use a heat gun to contour it to the mounting surface.
Assembly:
Glue the two main halves after deburring any elephant footing on the mating surfaces.
Primer and sand until its smooth and seamless.
Glue the letters on using the provided jig pieces.
Primer, sand, paint.
Use a heat gun to gently form to the curve of the bumper. Mount with mounting tape or glue some dowels on the back that will press into the original plate screw holes.
Print fits in 220x220 mm.
Main file has all parts laid out, and there's a .zip with each part individually if one of the parts peels up or anything.
